CANCELLATION POLICY.

All references to Ball4All Pty Ltd (“Ball4All”) in the following Cancellation Policy encompass all Ball4All programs and activities.

We understand that plans can change, so we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy.

1. PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION

Please refer to your booking confirmation email or contact us at info@ball4all.com.au for assistance.

  • 1.1. If cancellation occurs up to 7 days prior to the event you will receive a full refund, less a $20 administration fee.

  • 1.2. If cancellation is made within 7 days but more than 24 hours prior to the event you will receive a 50% refund, less a $20 administration fee.

  • 1.3. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • 1.4. In the event of injury or illness, your money will be refunded less a $20 administration fee on presentation of a valid medical certificate within 48 hours of the date of the event.

2. NO-SHOW POLICY

  • 2.1. If you do not attend the session without providing prior notice, the booking will be considered forfeited and no refund will be offered.

3. WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS

  • 3.1. Sessions will proceed as planned. However, in the event of inclement weather or high heat and no suitable alternate venue, Ball4All reserves the right to cancel any sessions to ensure the safety of participants.

  • 3.2. We will endeavour to reschedule the session, and if rescheduling is not possible, Ball4All will offer a full refund to all participants.

  • 3.3. In cases of bad weather, you will be notified via email and updates will be posted on our social media. Please follow our Instagram page to keep up to date.
